An Unexpected NYC Adventure
So post our adventures in Spain we got stuck in NYC. So we got an unexpected adventure! We had spent 9 hours the previous day flying and 12 hours in the airport trying to get home before we got a hotel and crashed. The next morning our jet lagged selves got to take a tour of some of the best coffee shops in Brooklyn. We went to SEY Coffee, Day Glow, and Foster Sundry. At Day Glow we got to see an old friend and enjoy the community.
Next up we took the metro into the city and got to explore the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD)!
the views from near the MOFAD of the city skyline were unbeatable!
We got to meet friends at Washington Park and in Brooklyn for dinner! All in all it was an amazing accidental NYC visit and an excellent stop on our way to getting back into eastern time zone!
